Cannot connect to the activation server (Studio 2017)

Hello,

I have a notebook that is running 2017 with this activation code:

SDL Trados Studio 2017 Professional activation code:
xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

When I try to activate on one of my two desktops I receive this message:

"Cannot connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. The request was aborted: could not create SSL/TLS secure channel."

Could you please reset? I've tried and it doesn't work. Thanks for your help, Scott
