Did you click on "Activation" or did you just close the window?  If you click on "Activation" you'll be asked for a licence code.  If you just click on close you'll be able to use the trial for however any days you have left.

I don't have activation code. Even though I checked my account for it many times, there is no code. Please, help me. How can I activate it?

If you have not purchased it then you won't have one!  Just close the window and don't click on the activation.  You have 30-days unless you have installed this before.

It's my first time and I want to use the free trial. I installed it yesterday. I get the following message and it takes me out of the Trados. Please, help me.

Try this first... 

1. Close the Product Activate dialog.
2. Go to the following location on your PC: 
   • C:\ProgramData\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio17\Data
3. Delete the file Studio.lic
4. Restart Trados Studio

If this doesn't help we'll log a case so a support engineer can help you.

I did it but the problem still persists. Please, help me. I have to get rid of it.
