Hi ,
I have to licences for Studio 2017 (Freelance Plus), one activated on a PC and the 2nd on a laptop.
I tried to deactivate the 2nd so as to install it on a new laptop.
However I cannot deactivate neither with the button nor with the function Deactivate Offline.
Unfortunately I always recevied followinf error:
Activation failed.
Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the
provider settings. -
The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
When trying to deactivate on my SDL account, I fear to deactivate the one on the PC... How can I be sure to deactivate the good one please?
