If Passolo crashes or if you forcefully close it from Task Manager then it is normal to connect only after 4-5 minutes as the license is stuck and it is released only after this period. 

If you close Studio normally then please check in Task Manager under Processes and Details tab if Passolo hangs there. In normal conditions it shouldn`t take more than 30 seconds to reconnect. 

What error message are you getting when trying to reconnect? I noticed that you only activated 1 seat out of 2, you can try to activate the second one, it should help when a seats gets stuck for some reason.

thanks for your reply!

This happens when I close Passolo normally using Quit or the "x" in upper right corner and the psl.exe does not get stuck afterwards. Seems like everything is closed normally. 

I waited around 1 minute after closing Passolo and started it again. Then the product activation dialog opens. The error message tells, that there is no license available on the server. I can use the retry button and after some minutes I get the license from the server.
