Deactivation of old SDL Trados Studio 2011 Freelance Plus on old laptop in order to install it on new laptop and upgrade to SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus - both licenses bought years ago

Hi, 
 I deactivated my old SDL Trados Studio 2011 Freelance Plus license off line on my old laptop, because on line deactivation was not possible. But the product still appears as "In use: 1 0*" more than one hour later. Instructions were followed and I have saved the deactivation code. I need to install my old 2011 license on my new laptop and upgrade to the SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus license I purchased some years ago. I have not been using Trados for a few years, so I never upgraded from 2011 to 2017, but I have the 2017 Freelance Plus Order and licenses waiting. Please get in touch with me on how to solve this.

 License resets, license activation and de-activation for versions older than 2014 is no longer possible, see this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000007331 
 You can try to upgrade your license from 2011 to 2017 as described in this article and install and activate Studio 2017 on the new PC: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001319
