I’m trying to deactivate my product to install it on a new computer. I can’t access the old computer so it needs to be done offline. However, after trying to deactivate, I get this error message: An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation and a request to open a ticket. Since the only answers in the forum seem to be responses from mods saying they will open a ticket and despite searching, I can’t see where to log a ticket myself, I’m hoping one of the mods can do that for me!
