You can have both Studio 2022 and Multiterm 2022 installed, it is recommended. You bought a Studio license, Multiterm runs alongside Studio and doesn`t have a license and it doesn`t involve any additional costs to have it installed.
You can download and install Studio from the following link: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/TP/Trados/T2022/Studio/CUs/CU6/TradosStudio2022SR1_17.1.6.16252.exe
