How I do I get back the program Trados Studio 2021 (2022?) that I bought some two years ago, onto my PC?

Question

Having dictated my translations for some 30 years (9 years in-house until 2002), I bought Trados back in Sep/Oct 2021 and installed it on my PC. 
 I gave Trados a try but preferred to continue dictating. 
 Late last year I had to get a new PC and all the old stuff was supposed to be transferred to the new machine. 
 However just recently I found that Trados was missing. 
 So I need your help in getting it back so that I can possibly continue working for RWS
