License can't be reset and it doesn't unlock Trados 2021

There used to be an option to open a support ticket and someone would reset the licenses, but it's gone. I have a license that I keep trying to reset but it keeps failing to unlock the software. Now I receive a message indicating that I have reached my third reset in 12 months, so I can't reset it again, although it would be pointless since it really doesn't reset.

So, what can I do?
