I have downloaded Language Weaver, but I am unable to log in to it. When I try to log in on the website, I get a message stating, “Could not load registration details. Please try again in a few moments.”
If I try to log in to Trados using my Single Sign-on credentials, I get the message "Forbidden".
My colleague had this same problem a couple of months ago (Case No. 00802711). We share the same Company Account.
Any help will be appreciated.
