Hello,

Last week, I wanted to save space on my desktop computer and ended up uninstalling older versions of Trados I had (2007 and 2011) to keep only the 2017 version on this computer. I didn't think uninstalling these older versions would affect my license. Sadly it did. When I wanted to open my 2017 SDL Studio program, I was asked to enter a license number. But nothing works with none of the 2007 Studio licenses I have. :(

I also have a 2007 SDL Studio license on an old laptop that I don't use anymore and couldn't even return the license from it. I get an error message telling me it's impossible to cancel the license and that it's impossible to connect to the activation server... It's such a mess! :*(

Please, could you help me reset my licenses ?
