I downloaded Trados Studio 2022 (permannent licence), but I have neither an activation key under Licenses & Subscriptions nor the purchase appears under Orders.
Previously, I had a year subscription for Trados Studio 2021 that I did not reiterate.
Did you encounter a similar issue?

Anastasia Chavatza You have actually got two accounts, one with a subscription (that is active) and the other with your permanent licence (also activated). If you can't see your licence key you are probably looking under the wrong account. But I'll log a case for you anyway as I think you probably want to tidy this up and make sure you only have one. So your support case is logged. We do prioritise customers who have a support contract so please keep in mind it could take up to 48 hours, especially over a weekend, but rest assured we will contact you as soon as we can. Thank you for your answer. Actually, later on Friday, I contacted the technical support team and they resolved the issue. When I created the incident, the permanent licence did not appear because during purchase, it has been associated to a second erroneous email address.
It was related to the registration of the purchase and the creation of the account, not related to an action taken by me.
No further action is needed.
