Unable to Reset License of SDL Trados 2017; laptop broken

Hello,

I was directed to this help site after trying to reset my SDL Trados 2017 License a few times to no avail.

The result is only an error message.

I cannot deactivate offline manually because the laptop was broken and it took some time before it can be repaired.

Really hope that I will find solution through here.
