First, check if you have any pending updates to install for your Windows and if you do, install them. Then try to install the C++ components mentioned in the error message:

Microsoft Visual C++ 2005: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/prerequisites/VCRedist2005SP1-KB2538242/vcredist_x86.exe

Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 (vcredist_x86.exe): https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=11895

 Then try to install Trados compatibility and Migration Power pack again.

If you have problems installing those components check it with Microsoft Support.

Hello,

Please try to Enable the .NET Framework 3.5 on your PC following the below steps and then try to install the plugin again.

1. Press the Windows key Screenshot of the Windows key logo. on your keyboard, type "Windows Features", and press Enter. The Turn Windows features on or off dialog box appears.

2. Select the .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) check box, select OK, and reboot your computer.
