Hi I have created a desktop image for users. I have installed Passolo 2022 and activated the licence. We use a licence server.
We have a perpetual license.
The problem is that when a user logs in after I have re-imaged the pc and starts Passolo it says license not activated.
Is there something I need to add in the registry to make it point to the license server?
Any help would be appreciated.

Can you try to start Passolo as administrator and then activate it to see if it still requires activation at each start-up?

It's saved in
As long as you sign on as admin it licenses but we need to push this image out for other guest users who will not have admin rights so when they sign on it says it's not activated.

You need to deploy this folder registry during installation on the client computers in order for Passolo to remain activated: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Trados\Passolo 2022\License
