Resetting the licence bought for 2 computers

Question

Hello, I have a SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus product installed on two PCs from 2018. In 2021 my old PC went out and I used the version installed in my wife&acute;s PC. Now I would like to install it also in my new PC, as I would like to have it on 2 PCs in case that the PC of my wife would go out. I downloaded this version in my new PC. How could I activate it? I repeat that I would like to have the product in both computers.
