I am trying to access Passolo 2018 Team Unlimited Edition, which worked fine three weeks ago (before I went on vacation). Now I get an error saying that the license information cannot be found. If I click on Product Activation it says that no license is available on the license server (not true, the license has been there since the software was installed, and it all worked fine). I was told that due to technical issues, the IP address of the license server (terminal server to which I connect remotely) was changed. Could this cause the problem? How can I fix this?
