Hello all
I currently have the Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus, but I also have been making use of Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus which remained active after I upgraded to 2022.
Recently one of my old laptops in which I had the 2021 version installed and working fine went dead, and I now have another "new" old laptop in which I need to use the 2021 version.
I have the activation code and tried it, but it doesn't work as I cannot reset the licence because the 2021 disappeared from my "Licenses & Subscriptions" page when I upgraded to the 2022 version.
