Urgent, very urgent: Requested Data file could not be located when trying to open Trados 2017

Question

Hello, my issue is urgent. I tried to open Studio Trados 2017 and I got this error message: Requested Data file could not be located. I tried to follow steps suggested but under SDL I do not have Translation memories Repository. how do I find it please. thanks

 Where did you find it. For the 2017 version of Trados Studio it should be here: 
 %LOCALAPPDATA%\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14.0.0.0\TranslationMemoryRepository.xml
