Cannot activate SDL Trados 2019 & 2023 Freelance PLUS licenses after formatting my laptop.

I decided to format and upgrade my laptop, and then reinstalled SDL Trados 2019 & 2023 Freelance PLUS Licenses. The reinstallation was successful, but when I tried to activate them using the original code that I received when I bought the licenses, the following error message pops up: "Activation failed. Login for this product key has been restricted. Contact the system administrator for assistance."

 Kindly assist me activate my Licenses for SDL Trados 2019 & 2023. I would also be grateful if you help me with the settings for Portuguese (Portugal) <> English (United Kingdom).

 If possible I would be grateful if you could assist me using AnyDesk or any other remote access programme.
