My computer had to be freshly reinstalled, so I can not access the previous SDL to deactivate it, and there is no "Reset Licence" option in the Licences section, although I haven't done anything with my licences.
How can I reset the previous licence to have it available for the fresh installation?
The reason you don't see a reset is that you have a Plus licence and you have not used your extra activation yet. So you should be able to reactivate on your computer with the extra licence:

Elisa Maxim created a support case you so you should still ask them to reset your licence to make sure you have the extra one available to you. But at least you should be able to work today if you need to.
