Unexpected request to activate Freelance 2019

Hello,
I have Trados Freelance 2019 and attempted to open it as usual. The system indicated "La période d'évaluation a expirée [37]." ("The evaluation period has expired.") That is new and unexpected because I have used the programme for years without any problems.
Apparently I need an activation code.
So I attemped to open my SDL (RWS) account. Impossible. I consistently receive an error message that an error has occurred in connecting to oos.sdl.com.
The system suggests that cookies may be the problem, but I have accepted all cookies.
Is there a more general problem with connecting to oos.sdl.com ?
What can I do ?
