I've run out of neural machine translation characters and I can't find a way to upgrade it

Hi, 

I've run out of neural machine translation characters and I can't upgrade it because I don't have the button Upgrade Subscription available in My Account tab.

And when I click on Go to Language Weaver to see your subscription it shows the page in the second image bellow.  Can someone help me?
