"Your RWS ID is not linked to any RWS Language Cloud account. Create an account or contact your RWS Language Cloud account administrator."

Hello, 


I bought a 12-month subscription and I'm trying to log in on the Language Cloud Subscription Tab in Trados Studio 2021.

I inserted my credentials and got the following message: "Your RWS ID is not linked to any RWS Language Cloud account. Create an account or contact your RWS Language Cloud account administrator." 

When I try to login via https://languagecloud.sdl.com/ I got this message: "An account has already been linked to your organization. We recommend that you contact your account administrator for helping you with the user configuration. Alternatively, contact the support team.".

Could you please help me to login in my Language Cloud account?
