We are having an issue with how to disable the license, currently when we try to disable the license it prompts failure to withdraw the license. Unable to connect to the license server. So we checked the server settings in the settings and found that the server settings are empty.
How do we disable authorization?
Regarding our account issue, both emails have been discontinued, liang.ma@heuft.com 和tao.niu@heuft.com, how do I retrieve my licenses and can I please ask you to bind both licenses under my email address for me. Account ID is 150838. thanks.
