Have you looked under licences in your account? If you didn't purchase a subscription licence then your activation code is in your account. You should have also received an email about this.

I have a license Trados studio 2021
the problem started when i have deactivated my current license as prompting my pc
the system keeps on asking me to put my activation code which I do not know.
The license code should be in your RWS account - licenses and downloads - licenses tab .

I am a bit confused about what your problem actually is. If I look at your account I see this:

there is a previous activation code only as I see
What do you mean? You only get one activation code.
What are you expecting to see?
What happens when you use this activation code?
