Offline Activation Error

When I try to activate Trados Studio offline in my RWS Account, following  issues  prevent me from activating offline:

1. Clicking "LICENSES & SUBSCRIPTIONS" sometimes gives "No Data, You have no licenses" message.
2. When I get pass this (by refreshing multiple times) and click on the offline activation link to enter the installation ID, I get "An error has occurred" message everytime I try.

I have purchased two Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus and one Trados Studio 2022 Freelance (5 people need to use the product). All these needed to be activated offline.
