CRITICAL - Licenses disappeared from RWS account - trados deactivated

Hi,

I have trados studio 2022 enterprise, perpetual license. It has been properly activated and working up until today, but now I'm notified that the trial version expired. I inputted the key, but it didn't work

Error message window titled 'Activation failed' with a red cross symbol, stating 'Could not activate this license. No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code.' with an 'OK' button.

I logged in RWS account to discover that all the licenses bought by my company have disappeared:

RWS account licenses page showing 'Licenses' tab with a red notification on 'Your Available Upgrades', a 'How To: Licensing' support icon, and a message 'No data You have no licenses' in the main panel.

THIS IS CRITICAL, I need an immediate license reset
