Licence issue - Trados Studio 2021, purchase not visible, licence deactivated

Sir/Madame,

I have upgraded from 2017 (or bought I don't now any more) to Studio 2021 (from Continuum in Croatia, have it under the purchase orders) and I have 2 licences for 2 PC's. Now one licence isn't working and in my account I don't see any product Studio 2021. I would like to reset / deactivate this one licence so I can work on my Trados. The message that I get is : "The product licence has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product". 

I would like to return one licence to activate it again, but under the Licences and subscriptions I don't see any licences. Yesterday, they were visible some moments but then disappeared in my account. 

Can you check what happened?
