SDL Trados Studio 2019 license disappeared from Licenses page on portal

While trying to resolve activation issues that arose during an unsuccessful PC upgrade, I attempted to use Reset License and Offline Deactivation functions on the portal for my SDL Trados Studio 2019 installation. Both functions failed and only gave me error pages. I have since undone the upgrade, and the product seems to work fine now but my SDL Trados Studio 2019 license disappeared from the Licenses page in the portal. Can a staff member reinstate it there?
