I bought the Trados 2019 to Trados 2022 Upgrade but can't initiate the upgrade process.


I've bought Trados 2019 to Trados 2022 Upgrade. My order number is 730011 (Support and Maintenance Agreement Number: PSA047685685).

I want to activate my Trados 2022 and I followed the steps suggested to do the upgrade process.

I have deactivated my Trados 2019. However, there is no upgrade available in my RWS Account.

Could someone please help me with this issue?
