Yesterday (13/9) I bought Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus. When I tried activating the licenses, under the Licences and Subscriptions tab, the information regarding my licenses kept dissappearing and appearing. Sometimes the website showed me the information, but sometimes it read "no data". This morning, I wanted to manage my licenses again and I get the "No data" message every time. Is this a recurring issue? It's important to say that I managed to activate my licenses in both computer and I have full-access to the software.
