I have been trying to deactivate and transfer my licence to a new computer but have been unable to do so.
When I try to deactivate my licence I get the following error message:
Deactivation failed.
Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings - The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
Others have had the same issue but I have not found a solution to the problem online. I am using Trados 2019.
