Unable to sign in to SDL language cloud within Trados Studio

Hello,

I have an issue when I want to use any feature that requires being logged in to SDL language cloud. For example, when I want to use SDL machine translation, the Google translation API, when I want to download an API from the SDL app store...

This is the message I get:

"Unable to reach Language Cloud servers. Check your internet connection and firewall settings, then try again."

I have tried everything I was suggested and it didn't work:
