Please try to do a Studio Reset using the steps on this article:
https://gateway.sdl.com/articles/en_US/SolutionArticles/000001414
Then please install the latest update, you should have Trados Studio 2022 SR1 - 17.1.8.17828.

Thank You for the advice, it maybe useful in near future. For now I just renamed old folder Projects, and so far program works but I did not try to import old project yet, so who knows
