Unable to deactivate and transfer licence

Question

I have the same problem as my colleague Napier. 
 I have been trying to deactivate and transfer my licence to a new computer but have been unable to do so. When I try to deactivate my licence I get the following error message: 
 "Deaktivierung fehlgeschlagen. Diese Lizenz konnte nicht zur&uuml;ckgegeben werden. - Es konnte keine Verbindung zum Aktivierungsserver aufgebaut werden. &Uuml;berpr&uuml;fen Sie die Adresse des AKtivierungsservers in den Einstellungen dieses Providers." 
 What do I have to do to solve this problem?
