I can not add my VAT number to my Account details and therefore can not bay RW products

Question

Good morning, 
 The RW-Trados website does not let me add my VAT number to my Account details. 
 I have posted about this previously. The only help I got was a link to verify my VAT number, which I did: my VAT number is valid, and it has been used since January 2014. 
 
 Please help.

 If you are based in Italy, please make sure when adding the VAT number in your RWS account to add also the country code IT in front of the number
