I followed the help topic to deactivate my license of Studio 2019 offline but when I pasted my deactivation authorisation in the correspondend field in Studio I received the error message „Fehler bei der Offline-Deaktivierung. Das angegebene Deaktivierungszertifikat ist möglicherweise ungültig. Vergleichen Sie das Deaktivierungszertifikat mit der Autorisierung in Ihrem SDL Konto.“
I have to admit, that this help topic is very confusing!
