I have just updated my Trados 2021 to Trados Studio 2022 SR1, and when I try to activate I get the message "Could not connect to activation server". I have no problem with my internet.

I have now tried to uninstall all previous versions of Trados on the PC accourding to another tip in this forum. And install only Trados Studio 2022. It did not make a difference

Thank you for the reply.
When I try to follow the instructions for offline activation I get the following error: "There was a problem retrieving your activation certificate, please check your installation ID or contact support"
The installation ID is copied from the Trados activation window, as the activation code is copied from the mail received when I purchased the licence.
I can still not activate online.
