Hi,
I bought today an upgrade from Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus to Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus.
I paid the invoice, then downloaded Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus and installed it.
Now I would like to activate the product, but I cannot find the licence in the Licences section of My Account.
I haven't received any e-mail with the activation code either.
In the licences section, if I click on "Click here to upgrade your licence", then click on "Upgrade (1), then on "Process Upgrade", I get the following error message :

I did the process over and over again, but the same message appears.
The status of my order is "Paid - Processing your order". What does this mean?
What should I do?
