Dear team, I have been trying to solve a problem when loading a file to translate. I have tried all the options they gave me when I made contact with a person in the live chat.
I send you a copy of the window that appears each time I try to load a file. I´m using Trados Studio 2022.
I need a person from the support area to contact me as soon as possible since I have to finish a work.

What happens if you don't start your project using the drag and drop window? Try going to the Projects View and start from there... or just press Ctrl+N
Or try resetting Studio:

Thanks for your reply Paul! I wasn´t able to fix it. I tried uninstalling and installing again Trados 2022. Now the following window appears:
