Issue with license deactivation

Hi,

Please note that I still need to deactivate offline one license. When I open the site, I see the following screen:

Then, I click "Can't desactivate online? Deactivate offline" and I see the following screen:

When I confirm to proceed, I received the following error:

 

Error message stating 'An error has occurred with your offline deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please log a support request.'
