Can't deactivate license

Hello,

I bought a new PC and wish to migrate my Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Edition to the new PC.
Unfortunately, I can't deactivate the license on my old PC, I tried on-line and off-line.


I also tried to reset my license, but it won't work either.

What can I do?
