Unable to Purchase Upgrade from Trados Studio 2021 Freelance to Trados Studio 2022 Freelance

Hi, 

I tried to purchase 'Upgrade from Trados Studio 2021 Freelance to Trados Studio 2022 Freelance', 
but it was automatically removed from the cart and it appeared like the image below. 

Error message in shopping cart stating 'Sorry, we had to remove Upgrade from Trados Studio 2021 Freelance to Trados Studio 2022 Freelance from your cart as you do not have the licenses to upgrade.' with a suggestion to contact live chat for help.
As I've checked, I have SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance license in my acccount. 

I've reported this issue via chat, but it's still unresolved.

And I'm posting this in response to operator's opinion that I should leave this issue on the community page.

Please resolve it soon.
