Hello,
I am trying to use the offline deactivation feature to move my license from my old computer to my new on. I can't access the internet from the old computer which is the one that currently has SDL Trados Studio active. So, I have a deactivation authorization email on my new, internet connected computer that includes a lengthy code that I need to now "insert" in my old computer to obtain a Deactivation Certificate, but I can't copy/paste it because I don't have Internet on my old computer! It is not possible to manually copy each letter, number etc (which I have tried) because of errors.... There has to be something I am either missing here, or another way for me to activate my product in my new computer! HELP PLEASE
