Hi everyone,
I can't deactivate my Trados Studio 2021 Freelance licence because my old computer "died" and I am unable to access Trados. In my SDL account there is no option for deactivation - I would like to deactivate this licence and activate it on another computer.
Can you please help?

I have this issue as well. How do I deactivate if I cannot even boot to Windows let alone run Studio?
I dont know which activation is associated with which of my two Windows computers (I only have one (the dead one until I finish my clean install of Windows 10 Professional) with me, so I need both my Studio 2021 Freelance Plus activations deactivated.
