First, I want to deactivate the trados in one of my computers, and the trados fails to connect to the license server. 

Thus, I initiated an offline licence deactivation and received the deactivation ticket.  Then, i copypasted the ticket in the trados, and the trados generated a feedback code. 

However, after I copypasted the feedback code back to the website, i got an error.  Now, my trados is deactivated in one of the computers, but two of my licence (freelancer plus) in my account are still both in use.

Please help.
