I've deactivated my license on Studio 2019 but on my RWS account I still have 1 "in use" and 0 "available". I can't upgrade my license to 2022 Studio. What can I do?

I've deactivated my license on Studio 2019 but on my RWS account I still have 1 "in use" and 0 "available". I can't upgrade my license to 2022 Studio. What can I do?
