Cannot deactivate TS 2022 either on line or offline

I'm running Trados Studio 2022 SR1 - 17.1.8.17828 on a dual boot pc. I want to deactivate the current TS in order to activate the TS on the other system.

Online connection didn't work (all other programs connect: firefox, mail, etc.). I clicked on offline deactivation in my account. After a while, I got the Deactivation Certificate page. I used the

ticket obtained by mail (after a very long wait) and used it on the Deactivation Certificate page. I pressed Confirm deactivation. The process runs for a long time and then stops. But the status remains the same.

Over the years, I never succeeded in activating or deactivating TS simply. It's always a headache.
