Case License reset

Good morning.

As stated, after the upgrade my GCTP stopped working.

I searched for solutions within the community, uninstalled, removed all directories as instructed, checked my payment at google, used the validator which shows my (V2) key is valid, but it still doesn’t work.

 

I am trying to reset my license, but I receive a response:

You can only reset your license 3 times within 12 months, it appears you have exceeded this limitation and the option to reset your license is no longer available. If you are having issues with your license and need further help please click here to log a request with the support team.

Kindly reset my license so I can try to fix the GCTP again.
